-1... We were in the casino together and you shot at me for no reason (RDM) so I killed you. You came back immediately after and tried to kidnap me (breaking NLR). You then also attacked someone that adverted warn (RDM again). There was no staff on and I wasn't clipping so I didn't bother reporting but you've clearly shown me your disregard for the rules.

good from what i can tell but im not a expert by any standards +/- i gave a +/- because u only put building when you can also put RP ONLY sign when ur afk mining/ just roleplaying
