The NLR timer is 3 minutes, this is quite literally standard across most DarkRP servers and even into some other gamemodes; Also is the 5th rule on the Rules- page. Any base only needs one functioning entrance IE: a buildings garage door, normal door, etc. Having a KOS Inside sign does NOT disallow raiding. It actually permits people to raid you. The sign you're looking for is an RP Only sign. Overall: I haven't interacted with you much on this server, but from what I have read on this application is that you mostly have a lack of rule knowledge, it feels like you didn't even bother reading the rules before writing your app, or even referencing the rules while writing it. You should probably spend more time learning the rules here before the jump to being a staff member; Should also probably change that name while you're at it.
