There are some things that you could work on because I know you ask me for help whenever you don't know something which is great but I feel like you are still learning but if I see some improvements in the future, I will change my vote

This experience has brought me a whole new level of moderation skills that I will carry onto gmod.   How do you believe you can make Aether's environment better?: I believe I can make Aether's environment better by giving everyone a great vibe with my positive attitude. Another thing, during summer, I am always on all night, which it looks like that's what you guys need. Plus, as stated above, my moderation experience is a big key factor to my role in the team. Before you look-over my profile, I would like to note I have 2 VAC bans from when I was a stupid person. I did cheat in video games but have since then deleted all software that provides such and have quit that life. Rule Questionnaire Give one example of RDM: Random death match. I would just be walking around (not antagonizing any sort of behavior on anyone) and someone would come up and kill me for no reason at all. Give one example of NLR:  New Life rule. Basically, what this is, I would be running around and I get attacked. He damages me so I retaliate by shooting them and I end up killing them. If they came back and killed me and claimed I killed them first (while NRL is active) That's them breaking NLR. Also, another example is if someone is raiding my base and I kill them and they keep ignoring the grace period after their death. What sign would a player place on their base to avoid being raided whilst having no raidables?: If someone had no raidables they could simply put a sign out-front that says "Building" or, "RP-ONLY" If you get RDM'd are you allowed to kill the RDMer back?: Nope! That's considered Revenge RP, which falls under a category of NLR aswell. If they were in a party that's a different story. Your partner in your !party can kill the RDM'er Give an example of a Staff abusing their powers: For example, if a staff member was noclipping around shooting everyone, that would be considered AA (Admin Abuse)  In that situation, you would clip it and report it to a higher rank.
