VAC (Valve Anti-Cheat) is a very loose and not good Anti-Cheat system. In order for a successful VAC ban to occur, you need to 100% be cheating to the point where even a 5 year old with no game knowledge can tell. If you can't quite remember why, maybe that should remind you.
Your game bans mean that a developer of a game manually banned you for any given reason. The two most common reasons are either toxicity, or of course, cheating that's detected by a third party anti-cheat/manually reviewed by a member of the development team.
If you can't own up to the fact that you were banned for what's likely cheating, within the past year, I do not want you to be staff. My -1 has been reinforced.
