His comment is valid as the community needs to know. Getting a warning during an application is a bad look. You wanna stay out of trouble while an application is up. -1 for everything that has been brought up prior, warn and all. Defintely brush up on the rules, get some more play time under your belt, and stay outta trouble while your app is up.
