too lazy to do the intro this time so imma be honest here, I'm conflicted. Your game and discord activity is really good. However, your forums activity is not so good and I would want to see this go up a bit. Your application is also really slim, though better than a lot that I have seen lately.   There's a scenario where this is untrue. Honestly, I think you just need better forum activity and a better application, all other boxes are checked. I don't know of any active warns so depending on if a staff member can provide a SS of your warn page, I'll have to leave you with. +/-

I think even 50% is too much honestly, considering they'll have them captured 24/7 with no competition the rates scale very fast if uncontested which was the main reason for this change originally.  Instead, I have made it so when less than 25 players are online it's a flat 1x rate, but still gives you something if you're taking them at these times.  As for the Gang Printer it's a similar story and has had it flat out heavily reduced when less than 25 players are online instead of unusable.
