Personally I just havent seen enough out of you to put in my recommendation, ill start this off with a +/- That being said, lets look at your staff app itself. Being a little more specific with the hours would help here. A little nitpicky on my part but if you truly are able to play every day then just highlight what time period youre usually most active. This answer is just incorrect. There are two signs in specific that you have to use. "No raidables" does nothing for your base according to the rules Ive seen you around recently but cant recall if I know you from before this week. You have well over the minimum hours but I think making yourself consistent and interacting with the community a bit more could do good for you. +/- for now.

Suggestion: Add the Smuggler job Link To Relevant Addons: https://www.gmodstore.com/market/view/smuggle-system-drug-smuggling-rewards-upgrades Media/Screenshots/Videos:  How will this improve the quality of Aether?: This seems like a fun job to add, and I think it'd be especially good for new players. It would also give the police more to RP about as catching smugglers would likely be a priority. According to the job's own store page and reviews, it's highly configurable as well and I think it'd fit well in Aether

Give one example of NLR: After being killed during a raid, a player immediately returns to the same location to continue fighting or recover their items instead of waiting for the New Life Rule timer to expire. What sign would a player place on their base to avoid being raided whilst having no raidables? A "No Raidables" sign. If you get RDM'd are you allowed to kill the RDMer back? No. You should not retaliate by killing them. Instead, report the incident to a staff member and provide evidence if possible. Give an example of a Staff abusing their powers: A staff member uses noclip, god mode, spawning privileges, or other staff commands to gain an advantage in gameplay, punish players unfairly, or help themselves or their friends instead of using their powers only for moderation.  

Same song and dance, same result. The only effort you have put into this server is breaking rules and playing the victim, trying to guilt others into giving you more attention.  It’s getting old at this point, appeal denied.
