Not exactly a thing you wanna admit especially on a staff app, and when people see that red text saying you've been banned majority of people instantly think of VAC ban, not GAME ban. But taking everything said into consideration, I see activity both on forums and in-game as your #1 To-Do, and if you don't mess up and activity is up the next couple months, I could see you having a shot

(Response to Platinum, Addressing concerns) I understand the concern about my hours, but if you don't trust it you can ask anyone that is up late nights. That's how I'm already level 3000 and prestige 8. There is no way for me to AFK farm XP like that. Onto the summer activity. I will still be able to get active after summer due to the time I will have after school. (which is surely enough time) About the VAC bans, I don't really think that's much of a problem due to one of the current staff members/ previous staff members, has had a VAC ban before. Addressing the advertising, I didn't know about that rule. I was just overfilled with joy I decided to express it. Plus, I thought the applications were through google forms, therefor only allowing higher staff to read and approve/deny, so I didn't really worry much about it until I found out it was through forums. That's when I started to regret saying that I applied. About the VAC bans. Cheating is a very easy habit to break out of once you don't want to. The only reason I had cheated in the first place was due to me owning my own Cheating service, and that was how I made my money. I hope I answered all your questions/ concerns you may have had. Thank you for the review and concern though. Reece

As someone who deeply cares about this community, I try to dedicate my time to give detailed responses to Staff Applications. So I'm going to give an in-depth analysis of what I'm seeing here. If any words I say seem to come with negative intent, I apologize, I mean nothing rude. However, if you can't handle the Platinum heat, you can't get the Platinum approval. With that being said, let me get on with it. So, I'm gonna start with this exchange of messages you made about 5 hours before your staff application. Personally, I would count this as advertising your staff application. Given that you said when you were gonna post it, and exactly why. Plus the fact that I'm gonna be honest, I had no interactions with you up to that point. Next, let's talk about your Steam Profile. Multiple game bans does NOT look good, especially since the most recent one was 92 days ago. I understand that you say you "2 VAC bans from when I was a stupid person. I did cheat in video games but have since then deleted all software that provides such and have quit that life." However, I would honestly want to see a year since the most recent one. Also, game bans and VAC bans are different. VAC bans are triggered by Valve's anti-cheat itself. Game bans are given by a developer for any reason they see fit. The two most common reasons are cheating and toxicity. I don't like seeing this because I feel like 92 days isn't enough time to prove that you have moved on from that lifestyle. However, I will give you full credit for admitting why they happened when I asked you in game. Next up, your playtime. And this is where my issue is. 25 hours in the span of 2 days is NOT good enough to show consistency. I've seen countless times where people with less than 3 days submit and application then straight up disappear. In fact, I actually looked through the first page of recently denied staff application and read through them to find out reason for denials, their current status as a player, and how much time they had at the time of their application. By looking at this application. There are quite a few applications with under 3 days of playtime. And every single one of them has disappeared since their denial. Some of them disappeared before denial as well. I know it's not good to associate you into a very consistent pattern. However, I can't be confident that you'll break the mold. In fact, only 4 of all of those recently denied players are still active. And only two of them are as active as they were before denial. One of them even made it into staff. What I'm saying is, this graph here needs to be consistent red lines for a while before I can think you can be a good fit. Getting that many hours in that short of time leads me to thing you were either AFK for a bunch of it, or you are abusing the summer lifestyle and can burn yourself out. Neither would be good. You're 16 so I'm gonna assume you're still in High School going into the more important years. I don't want to call you a "Summer Hire" staff member, but I don't know if you would be able to stick around after summer. Onto your application. It's pretty slim. And some of your terms are incorrect, probably more FiveM related. For example "Revenge RP" isn't a DarkRP term and the term would be "Revenge RDM" which doesn't exist. And also in that question, there is a scenario where retaliation damage is OK. You defined only half of what NLR is, you didn't give any time requirement which is very important to provide. Though a massive positive I will give you, is that you were very polite in game when I did interact with you last night. Honestly, I was impressed. Very good stuff, helpful to other players even though you yourself have very low time. However, with all my concerns above. I can't give you a thumbs up. So until I see more consistent activity from you, I'm giving this -1

Decent application. I think it's great that you're enjoying the server and would like to support the server by staffing on it, but it's also very important that you establish yourself in the server/community, in-game and preferably also on the Discord/forums. So far since joining a couple days ago you've already shown great interest and activity, and I haven't seen any negative interaction with you and the playerbase so far, so keep that up! I'm glad you acknowledged the game bans on your steam profile, but the bans being ~90 days ago is very recent and a bit concerning. Overall I'm going to say +/-. I think you need some more time to let the community get to know you and to see if you'd be a good fit for staff. Keep up the activity and stay out of trouble! Good luck!

+/- You were very patient for someone who was getting constantly RDMed, and kept a good demeanor while reporting a few people who kept breaking the rules. While our interactions in game have been positive, I do believe you need to establish yourself in the community a little more. That being said, you are mature for your age (from what I've seen) and I wouldn't be surprised if you were accepted for staff in the future.
