Thanks for the report. You are never in the wrong for reporting any rulebreakers. If someone is RDMing, report it. Even if they are an ex-staff, well liked player. You shouldn't also have to ask someone to stop RDMing you, but sometimes asking is enough. There are players on Aether that just fuck around in that sense. Lux is one of those players. Doesn't mean he's above the rules tho. If he "didn't want you playing a SWEP near him", he should've warned you to back up with an advert. I do see him killing you multiple times over and a small group per the clips provided, so we could constitute MRDM. However I did not hear any other reports of RDM from those players, so I'm not going to go with MRDM as I don't believe Lux had the intention to continue MRDMing. Also in DMs you told me you don't want him on MRDM, and want to knock it down to just RDM. When I get home today, I will warn Lux for RDMx4 | 15m Jail, 30m damage ban

No I totally agree Luxe deserves the punishment for RDM, there's no denying he killed you, I just don't want you to hold a grudge. I've known Luxe long and well enough to confirm his dumb-dumb status. 

I don’t think you’re a typical MRDMer, as such I really don’t want to see you punished as such if possible. If there’s any admin looking at these reply’s. If possible can we stay on the no ban side? 

I understand your point of view completely, while I don’t agree with calling him “less mentally inclined”. I also don’t think that anyone is above the rules. I would think this same thing with myself. If I was in luxe’s place I would expect a punishment according to the guidelines.   I try and report as many things that I see while I’m on the server to make sure everyone has a good time. I have nothing against luxe and don’t hold any thing against him or anyone that has done anything to me.
