I am in the military so i am unavailable between the times of 7:00am PST - 5:00 pm PST on the Weekdays.  General Questions How can you contribute to Aether?: The way I can Contribute to Aether is being able to provide a healthy experience to the Users of this server, help them learn the jobs, or maybe resolve an issue of strife between people. Even as a player on this server I have always considered the happiness of others and wanting them to have fun and enjoy themselves on this server. I want to be able to help out more for this server by being that guiding hand for players, helping them out with issues, or helping them get as much enjoyment as they can. some other ways I may be able to contribute is having a schedule that puts me awake at night where the most trouble is which i have noticed become a problem late at night. People will come on and MRDM, prop block and cause to much havoc due to staff not being able to get on due to how late it is, thankfully I am on late during those nights so I would be able to help deal with those issues. To wrap it up, I want to provide a healthy experience for players, make them enjoy their time here and have them coming back to play. Though I am also a builder at heart, so I also wouldn't mind hosting some creative events!   Have you read the rules fully, understand and feel comfortable enforcing them as correctly as possible?: i have gone over the rules, and i am willing to enforce them as correctly as i can.   Are you willing to listen to any Staff member guide you as a Staff, even if you feel you don't need to?: Of course there is nothing wrong with guidance, even the smallest amount of help could change things.   Are you certain you will be able to staff consistently every week whilst holding this position?: I am certain that I will be able to provide a consistent schedule for the server so that things are more easier to manage.   DarkRP Rule Questions Give an example of RDM: Figure one is a hitman who recently got a hit on figure two. Figure one goes and completes his hit on figure two killing them. Figure two not so happy about this outcome comes to RDM the hitman who killed them. ending up as Revenge RDM.    Give an example of NLR: Lets say theres a big PD force on the server, and figure one wants to raid the PD, and he ends up dying by PD. However figure one returns to raid the PD before the 3 minute timer is up and continues raiding, which leads to them breaking NLR   How many entrances does your base need?: The base requires at least one valid entrance that doesn't break basing rules.    What sign would a player place on their base to avoid being raided whilst having no raidables?: They would need to put up a building sign, or they can put up an RP-only sign.   If you get RDM'd are you allowed to kill the RDMer back without repercussions?: No you are not, that would be revenge RDM and put you in the wrong as well. Instead call an admin on the player who RDM'd you and have staff help deal with the issue with you.    If your party member gets damaged are you allowed to kill the attacker?: If they are in your party using the !party system, You are allowed to kill the attacker if they damage your teammate or kill them.    Give an example of a Staff abusing their powers: There are several ways an admin can abuse their power due to how much access they are given, some Common ones i saw in the past where admins false banning users, or using God mode in a raid, or Admin abusing on users who gotten into some small trouble.  Extra Comments: The name is Nechza, however you may know me as Locust or Goblin. I have been in the Gmod community for a while now, but always interested in the building aspect, and I like making nice things for people to enjoy. I have staffed in a few moderately sized DarkRP servers back around in 2018/19 which have been closed now, but i will hold those experiences closely as it helped me understand how to have fun and help people at the same time. 

You could have added more to your application but i have seen you around a lot and i think you would make a good applicant. Another thing you should answer the questions provided in depth rather than give short answers if this application is denied. But i will give you a positive + .
