Two minor things regarding your rule questions: You are mostly correct, however, if you are RDM'd but not killed you are allowed to retaliate and kill the person that attempted to kill you and still report it as RDM. If you are RDM'd then NLR doesn't apply as you shouldn't have died in the first place. Overall great application. Your playtime is there, I've definitely seen you on pretty often recently. Although I personally haven't had too many interactions with you, I have noticed you seem to get along well with others.
