While I understand the items are in public and that's sortof on the player, it's also kindof becoming more of an issue with jobs that aren't easy to build a base around, such as treasure hunter and gold digger. I've seen many people use the rule as it currently exists to bother and borderline harass players in the past by stealing things that can't even be used or sold. I think narrowing down what is allowed to be stolen is a great idea. +1

Suggestion: Changing Basic Rule 17 Bullet Point 1 to instead say "Items with inherent value (raidable/sellable) may be stolen from the public and cannot be defended." Link To Relevant Addons: No thank you Media/Screenshots/Videos: How will this improve the quality of Aether?: Due to recent events I believe this change will more clarify items that you can and cannot steal. The rule reads as if ANYTHING in public can be stolen and its important to make a distinction for certain items. Specifying the types of items would help jobs that are forced to base outside to have a relatively safe time without risking losing their essential job entities.

The Bug You're Experiencing: Typing the !boosts command no longer toggles the bonus info HUD to the right. Can you reproduce the bug, if so, how?: Type !boosts and observe that it does fuck all despite saying it hides the UI. Examples of the bug (images, videos):
