+1    The only thing I ask is you stop making parties that are titled "Racism" (This is why I leave your parties every time), Other than that, I haven't had any issues with you and you don't have any active warnings. You also have a great knowledge of the server and its rules. 

+1     I have had any issues with you, and your activity has been steady since @Veteshas noted it, you also don't have any warnings.       This ain't mean nothing... Lmao we have all done something dumb in the past.   

I do agree with @ThiccYe , the use of slurs is disallowed regardless of the context they are used in. Its a slur. Dont say it. Though Jouaram said it as okay to go about posting the application it doesn't mean the Community will fully agree with it being "okay" / "allowed" and I am one of those, to me it shows that you cant be patient enough to wait for the warning to expire to apply for staff also to note, taking criticism is the main point of the T-Mod Phase and for a good portion of being staff on the server as you are constantly learning and being criticized when you do something incorrectly a rude demeanor wont be accepted.   I think its better to be blunt than to cushion this one.   -1 

+/-   You were a great staff member, I never had any issues with you. However, your activity is struggling. I will keep an eye on this and adjust if your activity goes up while this application is up.  

The application does seem to be super slim, and appears via the other replies a lot of people have had interactions with you. I would recommend being a little more active and talking to some people in the server and make your self a little more known.    If you follow @dr. snortthisperc recommendations you should be set.     +/-
