As someone who deeply cares about this community, I try to dedicate my time to give detailed responses to Staff Applications. So I'm going to give an in-depth analysis of what I'm seeing here. If any words I say seem to come with negative intent, I apologize, I mean nothing rude. However, if you can't handle the Platinum heat, you can't get the Platinum approval. With that being said, let me get on with it. So, there's a few things I see here. Thankfully I don't need to dig too deeply into this.  This application is improperly filled out. You didn't provide a SteamID, and there are several fields you're supposed to delete that aren't deleted. Not to mention the countless grammatical errors. As strange as that is to point out, I feel like if you can't take the few minutes to do a spellcheck, you can't be dedicated to the HOURS it'll take being staff. Not to mention how your answers are both slim, and some are completely wrong. How do you have 2 weeks on the server and not know what NLR is There is a scenario where this is untrue. Your time on the server seems legitimate. I found two battlemetric profiles under your name which I can only assume is because of your recent name change on Steam. I don't have a problem with these hours, they're way more consistent than a lot of recent staff applications we have gotten. However that week long stretch of inactivity a few weeks ago leaves me a bit cautionary. I also want to mention that I honestly can't remember you really being engaging with the community even when you're on the server. Your application kinda gives me the vibes that you just want to punish RDMers at night, and not actually contribute to the overall health and vibes of the server. Also, not gonna lie, I don't know what you're like in game. I feel like we have never talked at all, or had any interactions. That could be untrue, and if it is, nothing stood out enough for me to remember you. I'm also on all the time so it's a bit shocking when someone with this many recent hours makes me second guess. Not to mention, your activity on Forums and Discord are basically non-existent. Your ONLY other post on forums is another staff application from 2021 that got denied. Zero activity on forums within 4 years does not look good to me.  You also joined the Discord only a month ago, and have only said 5 things there. I would want to see you engage with the community more before I think you're fit for staff.   With all things considered, I feel like your community engagement and commitment to actually writing this application is what's holding you back. I don't think you're ready to be staff because of those two things. So I'm gonna give you a -1

This isn't gonna go anywhere; what you did was malicious and you take no responsibility and show the same type of mindset that you had a year ago. Denied. 

You are an awesome person, never had any bad interactions with you. I think the application needs to have some work done on it like elaboration n other stuff. Try to get more active on forums too, the higher staff team loves that. I'd have to give you a neutral score this time. + / -

Updated RP Only, KOS and Building Sign Rules If you are building somewhere other than a ownable base then you cannot have a KOS sign and can only KOS players for raiding your building. (Removed) KOS signs can only be placed at your base's entrance and can only be enforced once the player is past the sign, the sign must be clear and visible. (Updated in green)
