-1 for now I had a chance to talk to you in game a bit and you seem like a genuinely nice person and are regularly active, but your application is slim and the recent warnings do concern me a bit as well. Keep at it though with your activity and community interactions and I don't see why you shouldn't have a shot.

Your application looks like little effort was spent taking the time to answer the questions. The more in-depth you are the more we can see if your passionate about helping Aether, and it also helps with rule answers to help us see the extent of your rule knowledge. Checking your warns, you have a few active ones from a month ago but none since. The fail base warn is whatever but toxicity/racism is definitely concerning as a potential staff member. Overall my opinion is -1. I haven't seen much interaction between you and the community, your application is quite slim, and the racism/toxicity warn definitely concerns me. If you correct and improve your application, keep up your great activity, and stay out of trouble I'd be willing to change my opinion. Trying to engage with the community more on the Discord/forums is also a good idea. Good luck!
