+/- / Neutral from me On the plus side, you clearly care about Aether. I have seen the amount of effort you put into comments on other staff apps and other places in the community in general. Your staff app is well written and formatted. You are active in essentially every way that matters on Aether, no issues there.   On the other hand, I am put off by what other staff members have brought up in this thread. Without reiterating previous responses, I personally can recall one instance (in a sit not handled by myself) where you had technically RDMed another regular, and acted as though the sit itself was a huge inconvenience. I recall the sit concluding with you rushing the staff to issue an RIS on your end and finish the sit, rather than acknowledging a mistake and apologizing. I believe that being able to take things in stride is a major part of being staff, as well as being accepting of all criticism.  To summarize, I do believe you have good intentions on Aether, but may have an issue remaining calm and fair when things get messy. Your attention to detail is admirable and I believe you are a smart person who can learn quickly. Good luck. 

+/- As per the usual Vetes basically said what I wanted to say. Yes that is in the past but its still something to consider. I've been iffy on you being staff due to that situation, and the way you say things. You clearly are very passionate about the server, but the way you word things sometimes can be a bit much. Take example someone else's staff app that went up recently. "If you can't handle the Platinum heat, you don't get the Platinum seal of approval". To me that reads like someone who could possibly be a bit full of themself thinking their word is law. However, this was really only a one off thing from what I recall. So my biggest tips for this application period is to keep the community in mind and what is best for it, understand where Sespo and Vetes are coming from, and just work on how you word shit. Prove my iffy feeling wrong and I'll happily swap my vote.

-1   I agree with sespo also I had a fail rp incident with you not even two weeks ago I was kidnapping someone not in your party and you pressed E on the player to wake them up and when asked not to do that you proceeded to say cry in ooc

Nicely written application. Just one minor issue regarding rule answers I'd like to clarify on for your NLR answer: If you die defending your base you do not have to wait for the raid to finish, you just have to wait the 3 minute NLR timer. If there are people still raiding your base after NLR you are allowed to try to re-defend your base. You've been very active on the discord, forums, and in-game. From your previous application, it seems like you have listened to the criticism and made some positive changes. There's just one major concern I have and it's related to what Sespo has mentioned - I think there's a level of bias that you've shown in the past that has taken control over how you react in the moment. One major example of this is the situtation that occured between you, RatedR, Kenpachiro, and TangoDown. Without going too far into what happened my concern is how you handled yourself. During that entire situation you were quick to jump to conclusions, had misunderstood rules, and were throwing around names. I understand the past is the past, I just can't help but to think of that moment when considering you a potential member of staff as it left such a sour taste. Overall I'm going with +/-. You honestly have seemed to improve since your last application. You seem to genuinely have a passion for this server and a desire to help. I hope that my concerns are nothing more than concerns from the past and that, if you are accepted as a staff member, you will prove me wrong. Best of luck to you!
