yada yada you know my intro So, I have a lot to say here. And I'll start with the positives. Your activity is fine both in games and discord, though I think it should be brought up more. That'll come with summer time though because you're still in school.   That's all I have for positives. Let's start with your warns that Monika posted (thank you, Monika!)  You have several that stand out to me. I'm willing to let an RIS or a WW slide by if they're pretty old, but all of these occurred this month. You have continuous RDM warns that resulted in punishments, which is not a good look at all. But you have probably one of the worst warns to have when you're wanting to be staff. LEH (Low-end harassment) is absolutely unacceptable. You want that warn to be completely waited out before applying next time.  And to add on to the LEH warn, you have a major maturity issue. I'm going to pull up some Discord screenshots of things you have said there. I first want to say that a broken bone is absolutely awful, and I hope you have a full and quick recovery!   I'm not going to un-spoil the image but you shouldn't be posting actual human injuries in general chat, even if they're your own. That's not something people want to see. And not even 10 minutes later you posted the personal information about the person that did it. Which is what I replied to in this screenshot. And yes, that's true, I could.  I also want to mention that you were QUICK to reapply as soon as you could.  And this was 2 days after your first application which got instantly denied because you didn't bother to do the slightest amount of research beforehand. And speaking of research let's get to your actual application itself this time. You didn't put effort in, and that's your own admission.  Staff isn't a light thing, at the end of the day some people PAY REAL MONEY for things on this server. We can't have people who rush staff applications have moderation permissions.  This is a coughing baby compared to the Hydrogen Bomb that is Aether moderation. In what scenario? Because you can absolutely go back to a spot after 3 minutes given some circumstances. You're missing part of this answer. Revenge RDM is not a thing on this server. And also you missed a scenario where this is untrue. Overall, you're not mature, and everything that I have a problem with seems to stem back to that. I think you should stick to being an active player until your warns expire and you can familiarize yourself with the rules. Until then, -1

-1 Based solely off your warns alone, I have to give a -1. RDM warns are one thing, and while not the worst thing in the world, are fairly recent (just about a week old at the time of this application). The biggest thing to me is the LEH warning that was given to you two days ago. This is not a good look for someone wanting to be staff. Along with these warns, you are very quick to blame people and have a very loose understanding of our rules sometimes. I would wait for your warns to expire (60 days from the time of issuance) in order to sway the community more in your favor. Touch up on the rules as well.
