Accepted, the player has received the appropriate warning.

This is on Bubb for not 100% understanding the KOS sign rules but it was a genuine mistake and not malicious, I have spoken to him and made it clear that KOS signs cannot be enforced at all until the player is past the sign.  Thanks for the report.
