-1 Your last app was literally pretty much summed up on what the questions where, and it got closed, thats your first - you will "keep peace" meaning you have problems with multiple people, and is just overall a red flag for everyone to see. You have a lot of miss spelling. you need articulate sentences instead of "the amount of bullshit i have dealt with is millions to one.", with incorrect sentences, bad grammar, no punctual work. its just overall trash, especially, you're 17 taking english 3, you should know how to form correct sentences.

-1   Like the others said, I think this was made out of spite. It’s not a good look to target someone on an application. You should want to staff to help out the server and the player base, not to take action on people you specifically dislike.    I also do believe like the others stated that you don’t act mature enough for a staff position at this time, and I also think you take the rules to a higher level than it needs to be. The other day you reported someone for battoning you, but it was out of good fun and you never told them to not do it anymore and asked for a harassment warn. I believe in that case you took things too seriously and as a staff member you should always take the rules into account but don’t rule with an iron fist for small things. i think if you just loosen up a little and act a little more mature you should have a shot at it.
