The report makes sense, it's just pretty odd the two of you couldn't talk this out and figure it out in-game.   I do not believe Frank purposely stood in front of James and mowed him down as an act of RDM. It does make more sense that Frank was being a little more careless than he should've been, and just didn't notice purge came to an end moments before. Considering he has been staff for less than 2 full days, demoting or striking him wouldn't make any sense; this should be used as an early learning curve for Frank to be more mindful of what he is doing and who he is interacting with. -1
