In-Game Name: Walter HartweL Age: I am 13 years old. (Approved by dovichmolotov25) Steam ID (Use steamid.io): STEAM_0:0:775012810 Discord Tag: waiterhartwellwhlte Playtime (!time in-game): 3d 9h 49m Timezone: CST When do you usually play? (e.g. Weekdays 5–9PM): Weekends, 5:00pm To 12am Steam Profile Link: https://steamcommunity.com/profiles/76561199510291348/ Why do you want to be Staff?: I think I should be staff because I can bring an active member to the staff team. I learn very well, And I love this community. How do you believe you can make Aether's environment better?: I can bring an active member to the server and a very understanding and nice member to the community. Have you read the rules fully, understand and feel comfortable enforcing them as correctly as possible?: Yes. I fully understand every rule. Space for any extra comments you might have (feel free to speak your mind): I don't like to speak because I am sensitive about my voice but I am sure I could try to talk more for this server. Also, if anyone sees this, feel free to message me on discord or meet me in game for any questions .😊 Give one example of RDM: Someone just talking with their friends outside their base, But then someone RPGs them. Give one example of NLR: Getting raided and then killed but coming back instantly (within the 3-minute time frame) to steal the base back What sign would a player place on their base to avoid being raided whilst having no raidables?: A sign 75 size or higher saying "BUILDING" or "RP ONLY". If you get RDM'd are you allowed to kill the RDMer back?: No, that will mean both of them would get the same punishment for RDM. Give an example of a Staff abusing their powers: Kicking a player after losing in a raid for no reason other to then benefit their own ego.

I can agree with you that the waterfall bases may be slightly more difficult in the sense of they're not exactly obvious, but raidable scanners and hitmen can clearly see there's something/someone through the wall. I think most people that have played a video game understand the trope of putting stuff behind waterfalls, which is also further hinted at with the classic lambda markings used in the official games to mark secrets: While you can certainly say people are lazy for not wanting to go find the code, it's also kinda understandable. You gotta know what you're looking for, then there's several notepads located around the map so going to each one may take upwards of 5 minutes especially if you're unsure where they are. Who wants to spend 5 minutes for the opportunity to raid a base? Imagine you spend all that time, finally found the code, go to punch the code in to open the vault and now you gotta raid a full base ontop of that.

I disagree and think this is a pointless post, if you're too lazy to go around finding the code then that's on you, also one could argue and apply the same logic for the hidden waterfall bases or other hidden spots, most new players don't know those spots exist so one you could say you should restrict those spots as well since to the average new player they would be considered "hard to find" in the same way the code is "hard to find" and the vault is difficult to access. You should still be able to see their name tag and if you look directly at them it should say looking at [player] on your screen somewhere. I don’t even use the invis sweps in PvP zones but if someone gonna use it against me it’s basically a free kill.
