    • Just wanna make this clear, I simply told Walter that it had been awhile since the last application was up and if he wanted to put another one up he could. Not that there was any guarantee that it would be approved. I did also mention that you needed to put more time in the server before id recommend you putting in another staff application, consistency is key. Id also advise not putting on your application that anyone told you that your application was 'approved' by anyone, when that was simply not true. Good luck on your application though, your responses do show that you at least know the rules and your courage to put up another application shows willingness to care for the server which is important. But can you be active enough on the server to even be staff? That has yet to be seen. Lastly I also agree that you might be a little young to be on the staff team, perhaps showing the community that you are mature and responsible enough to do the job right, would eliminate any concern over your age. however, that would also come with just being active on the server more and interacting with everyone to prove this. +/- for now
    • Suggestion: Reverting the change to building rules where buttons must now be set to "toggle" Link To Relevant Addons: N/A Media/Screenshots/Videos: N/A How will this improve the quality of Aether?: In my personal experience with building, basing and using dupes, toggle buttons are inferior and add really nothing to benefit raiders of modern Aether. Everyone uses sweps or entities that allow them to blow open doors anyways. I feel that this rule change mostly inconveniences base owners during building and after raids. If you are pasting someone else's base, you must go through and change all buttons to toggle (if its an older dupe before the rule was changed). And after raids, you must either hit a key bind (if its your base and you are aware which one that is) or manually reset all doors. Rarely do I ever see a base where the button doors are first, so raiders never really get to the point where they would need to fall back past an opened toggle door (and like I said previously, probably just used a swep or entity to open the doors anyways, leaving it open for quite some time)  Thanks for coming to my ted talk, please fix   Edit: To alleviate the issue for newer players without access to those sweps/entities, change the rule to "Buttons must clearly be displayed and no-collided in the middle of the fading door they open" or just "Buttons must be clearly displayed" but make them an option to be toggled or held, builders choice.
    • Im going with Enzo on this one, youre far too young IMO to have staff at this point. Not to mention the lack of activity on the forums/discord before making your application. You joined forums 1 hour ago and your first post is an application. The community seems to not even know who you are previous to this post. I am the one who -1's
    • I can't say your application is bad, you've clearly put proper research in, and your answers are correct. However, I feel like your playtime is still a bit too low, and also I'm not sure if Dovich has the authority to say you can have clearance to post an application.  Unfortunately, -1
