You actually don't lose cigarettes despite the inventory saying 512/512, when you go to sell you'll get credited the extra that you have over 512. I agree that cigarettes are made far too quickly and, without having the portable cigarettes buyer, I found myself having to leave my base to sell far more frequently than other jobs. I agree with either increasing the storage of cigarettes or maybe slowing down production, but increasing overall value, so that you don't fill up the storage as fast. +1

The Bug You're Experiencing: The prestige perk "Master Fisher" is not giving 2x fish as it says. Can you reproduce the bug, if so, how?: Take out rod, catch fish, go to sell fish but notice you only have 1 fish, goto forums and make bug report. Examples of the bug (images, videos): 

It seems there was an unintended bug where players could trigger the bonus RPM but keep the base 95 damage, this should be fixed and feel more in line with other weapons.
