if you're talking about ull's arrow i disagree, the weapon itself is very unpractical and more defender biased,  the projectile itself is a guessing game, its nearly impossible to hit unless you're in the face of the person you're shooting and on top of that, it doesn't penetrate fences so its basically useless against fence bases. in my opinion its right where it should be

Last time I had ice staff it kinda needed it, the projectiles were really hard to aim to the point it was a guessing game where the bullets actually landed. Might have changed, unless you're talking ulls arrow or whatever it is? +/- for now at least

No one shot ability at full health and armor 😭

The clip is kinda crazy 😭 I don't want to make it bad to use though, either similar damage less shots or only slightly less damage to not one shot? I'll leave it open for discussion
