+1 I agree, I think this could be accomplished by there being an option to write in your reason, which must be done before firing someone.

Suggestion: Higher-ranking jobs must have a valid reason before firing someone. How will this improve the quality of Aether?: Prevents grudges, targeting, and the unnecessary abuse of the firing ability. Backer/s: @Vetes @mintytides @Dovich Molotov @Err
