Everything about your appeal, your responses, the clips from Tax, and beware's testimony, all show minge/ragebaiting toxic behaviour that support that the ban is valid. The ban will remain in place, your appeal is denied.

Decent application, I would've liked to see some more elaboration on your answers, but nothing necessarily incorrect about them. It seems like you get along well with everyone, I've interacted with you a few times and you seem to have a decent demeanour about things. While you just recently came back to Aether, it seems like you've already put in a bunch of time actually interacting/playing with the community. At this time my opinion is +/- leaning towards +1, mainly due to you just recently becoming reacquainted with Aether and not having much activity overall (Discord/forums as well). If you keep up the activity and stay out of trouble I'll change my opinion to +1. Good luck!

personally, i dont care for the whole NITRP warn, its bull, 1% of people rp a year at most honestly but the fella was mingey he was a stinky goober, used AI and then got mad for getting called out -1 for unban perchance a +1 for an extension of this ban since he exhibits no remorse
