-1 Having two active warns for RDM isn't a good look on you, especially if you're applying for staff. You could've definitely put a little more effort into your application, since your responses seem bare-bones. I personally haven't been around you enough to have an opinion, but with these points i've stated out I think that validates my decision enough.
