Have you read the rules fully, understand and feel comfortable enforcing them as correctly as possible?: i have read the rules multiple times and am comfortable with enforcing them while playing on the server. Are you willing to listen to any Staff member guide you as a Staff, even if you feel you don't need to?: I have said this a ton of times that i love to learn new things and things that will be useful so yes I am willing Are you certain you will be able to staff for several hours a week?: i am the type of person who is always ready to help at anytime i need to and i am 100% fine if the time comes were i have to. DarkRP Rule Questions Raids can last how long?: raids can last 10 minutes, that gives the person the time to get through and keypad/button get the raidables and get out. What initiates a raid?: putting /advert raid, pdraid or hit raid in the chat. if the player is in the area of were the raid starts or in the way of the the person that's raiding yes they have the right to kill the player. If the owner of the base is standing outside on their base entrances sidewalk as you're about to raid but haven't announced a raid yet, can you kill them?: no you have to announce the raid to kill the owner or player. List all default Laws of The Land: 1.Raiding is illegal. 2.Money printers, drugs and explosive are illegal. 3.Bitcoin Racks are illegal (small versions not included). 4.Harming other players is illegal unless you are defending your base. 5.Life Threats are illegal. 6.Having a gun license automatically makes all weapons on the user legal whilst holstered. 7.Kidnapping, theft and harming another player are illegal. 8.Using dangerous weapons in public is illegal. 9.Laws must be enforced with AOS instead of KOS unless the Police Officers life is in danger or the player is wanted. How many bases can you own per party?: a party can only have one base and everyone in the party's raidables has to be in the base. A player is refusing to co-operate with you in a staff sit, how do you handle the non-cooperative player?: first I would to to talk to the player and ask them to stop, if that does not work I will freeze or mute the player if it comes down to that. and if the player is still being non-cooperative and worst comes to worst I would call a higher rank then me to be of assistance in the sit. Can you punish a player for intentionally ruining others time, even if they say it's out of fun?: yes you can but you can only give a verbal warning as the first action but if he keeps doing it I would have to give the player a warning. Give an example of a Staff abusing their powers and how you would handle it: a staff member going into a afk players base by using no-clip stealing all his raidables then leaving the base. what I would do is try to get a clip of the staff member doing it. Then i would take that clip and put it in the forums or talk to a higher up about the situation. A player is excessively RDMing, how would you intervene/stop them from continuing and what punishment would you give?: ok so I would first take the player to somewhere else so he cant cause ruckus to the server anymore, i would ask him why he was doing that then id tell him or try to tell him the rules and why he cant do that. lastly id give him his consequence based on how many times he has done the offence before. A Mayor enabled a lockdown without reason and is refusing to turn it off, how do you resolve this?: id first ask him to turn it off and if he doesn't i would try to get a hr or do it myself then tell him he has to have a reason and has to brodcast it or advert it. Lastly id give him a verbal warning regular worn or even maybe a ban if he has done it multiple times. Extra Comments: I have had my bad days on the server and have done bad things but i've changed I have met a lot of really nice people/staff and have gotten to know the rules and the ways of the server. I have been trying my best and hardest to become a staff member and will hope you all will give me a chance at it have a nice day or night and see you on the server!

Uhhhhhhhhhh I don't know how to start this but lets begin. Hi! my name is scrim or my LEGAL name is stephen but I like scrim. i've been in aether for about 4 months and its fun i've seen a lot of the community and how nice and not toxic it is. i love this server and will never leave or abandon it. ive been in many different servers before aether and i can say this is the best server ive been in BY FARR. I just wanted to say hi and see you on aether network.
