This was definitely accidental, if he continued to damage you after then it'd be a different story but he did not. Thanks for the report however no punishment is needed.

It seems another weapon type is being abused that does not show on logs, this is not peckers fault but also cannot justify retaliation if you knew you only took damage from falling instead you should make a sit and get the exploit reported/fixed and possibly get the other party in trouble.
Thanks for the report, I believe this sums it up.

Show more clips of it not registering or it's just a bad clip (Also the alt-fire is 700rpm 90 damage whilst the Shadow AR is 92 damage 120RPM which is the main difference with the weapon)

Honestly now that weapons have been toned down a bit across the board and will continue to do so I have no issue reducing Tac Juice a tad more - I do 100% agree with the whole 'I damaged a player from 300 to 20 now he's back to 300 instantly' but do not agree with removing binds or removing the tac juice, to compromise tomorrow I will be testing Tac Juice healing a flat +150hp only. I will keep this suggestion open to continue discussions on this topic.
When it comes to breach juice, it is definitely discouraging for uninformed players when the classic base designs do not work but without it the stronger bases are impossible to raid - I think a good compromise to test is having it inventory-able and sellable by the BMD; this may make it get underused or not used at all but that can be monitored.
Blowtorches however are something that has a long cooldown and is easily defendable once you have knowledge it exists; however the price may have fallen from the pricier standpoint due to the current economy and the price will be increased.
Wait for these to take affect tomorrow's restart and see if this makes it feel any better to play against.
(I would also suggest to create separate posts for things you think need suggested and not just write them post after post, it's unproductive to respond to multiple things in one post)

Although one of the scenarios has already been dealt with, the ender pearl abuse and clear lack of handling staff issues correctly/choosing to deal with them through non-staff means is a constant issue and the correct punishment will be given. Thanks for the report.

I cannot justify buffing this weapon to being any stronger, it is not a TFA weapon so it doesn't have to be restricted by the movement/recoil/etcetera whilst still getting super high damage and firerate. Thanks for the suggestion but the weapon will stay as is.

Thank you for the bug report, this has been fixed on the Newcomen Classic on restart and has also been fixed on the Skull-3 after switching between dual modes mentioned by @AV Madi Raven.

There are many flash-related items in the game, I will have to double check if this one is really that much worse but unless it's way way worse it likely wont be tweaked.

Money tracking has been a big part of how I've been able to catch players making money in unintentionally fast ways that get patched, it being stored in inventory/atms elsewhere makes it very hard to track. For now this is denied.

Unpredictable ways to make money never go well, numbers are 'inflated' but at the very least someone isn't going to suddenly magic up 10b over-night (of course unless they exploit a gamble npc)
