Really low recent activity, and with how long it has been since you have been staff, I think you should have to start over as a tmod instead of jumping straight back into staffing.

Regardless of whatever age, we don’t need you guys playing as any sexualized models. The body builder is  comedic, there’s nothing sexualized about it, but some anime girl in a skimpy bikini with crazy proportions is just inappropriate for a Garry’s Mod DarkRP server.

This entire report is based off of a rule you came up with that doesn’t exist, there isn’t anything to enforce here as no rule was broken. 
 

If you think you are getting harassed or targeted by them then you should be posting evidence of that. 

Staff are allowed to take their own sits, and the best they can do for you is guide you to forums as staff don’t get punished the same way players do. If he RDM’d you then you would have to report that here. 

You are never allowed to bribe the victims to get out of getting a warn, all staff are trained to not let this happen in a sit. You are also not entitled to seeing a higher up on request, there won’t always be one on, and regardless, the outcome of the sit is decided by the staff that claimed it. James was right to direct you to the forums for this, but there is no wrongdoing here and the warn/ban is justified as you broke the rule.

You’ve never been interested in actually being active in the community and keeping it healthy and positive. Only ever minged after reranking and I see no reason why you should be allowed to be on the discord let alone interacting with the community at all.

Here's the logs of your LTAP and just a fraction of the logs of people you killed while you were on the server. Regardless of whatever your reasoning is for leaving, you still left during the sit when you knew you were being warned, and that has only ever been considered LTAP.

And again, regardless of how many players reported you, if you are breaking a severe enough rule (like MRDM) staff can still warn and punish you if you are blatantly breaking the rule.

Exactly why I warned you for NITRP. You had gone out of your way to ruin other peoples gameplay by mass RDMing them and then told me to get my head kicked and left, so I jumped to second offense NITRP (which staff can do at their own discretion) and added an extra day to the ban.

I think you’d be beyond capable at staffing, but I still feel like you make far too many edgy/overly sexual jokes towards others. It’s already inappropriate as a player and would be over the line as staff. It only shows others that if you can do it then they can as well, and that leads to them taking it way over the line/breaking rules. 
 

If you can calm down on that front and work on being more professional (and change your discord bio) I think there’d be no problems with you being staff

Fully jumping is part of movement and restricting that counts as restricting movement, maybe that can be specified at best but I feel the rule is necessary to give raiders a fair chance

The rule is fine as is, the rules overall are lenient enough that you should be able to build a very strong base without worrying about the player being able to fully jump.

This sounds far too in-depth and serious for this server. Not to mention how interruptive the current system is, most players want to just get out of jail and go back to their base or whatever they were doing before, not get dragged into 15 minutes of RP just to maybe get out sooner. 
 

I think current system is fine for a casual server, and Lawyer has plenty to do if they set up doors and paid keypads for bail. This would also rely on there being an active mayor/PD with laws to enforce. There’s not even many laws for PD able to enforce with how our rules are structured. 

It’s your weapon that you shot, you are responsible for who it damages, even if another player is controlling the actual entity you shot. The clip isn’t working for me, but unless it shows definitive proof that this situation was an accident, I don’t see a reason why the warn should be removed, and at best would be reduced

Ive always wanted you to apply, and I know we’ve talked about it a few times so I’m surprised to see this lol. I think you’d do great as staff, and would be a great addition to the team. 
 

My only concern for you is that there’s been times where you let your anger get the better of you when interacting with others. I haven’t seen or heard of this in a while, so hopefully it’s no longer an issue, but keep in mind that it would not be acceptable to have those moments as a staff member. 

My only issue with you becoming staff would be your attitude towards other players, especially ones you aren’t a fan of, as well as the perception you give when you make jokes that are a bit too edgy. You make a lot of jokes that are borderline NSFW or toxic, and as a player it can be a bit of fun but as staff it would only let mingey players think that it’s okay and they will take it too far. As for your attitude towards other players, I feel as though you can get vindictive towards players you don’t like, and that can lead to being a biased staff member. 
 

I think staffing would be very easy for you given your time played on the server, and I think you’d do great as long as you keep in mind what I’ve mentioned as well as making sure you are the only one using your account.
