This is an easy +1 for me. You have been a very good member of the community as long as I’ve been here, you’re very mature and friendly and every interaction I’ve had with you has been nothing but pleasant and fun. I think you would be a phenomenal fit for staff. I do wish you had put some more effort into your application though, some of the questions you shouldn’t have gotten wrong, and you do have a good amount of spelling/grammar errors. (Hard to judge though since we have tango as admin) You also should try to be more active on the forums while this application is up, as that is an important part of being staff, show us you can make good constructive comments. Your positives far outweigh the negatives though; I very much look forward to your T-Mod phase.

You posted several text screens targeting both gays and Indians. There were also other text screens posted with yours that I’m not sure were yours or not, but they were also KOSing blacks and other races/gays. @TangoDownand I found them at the same time and I saw you repeatedly posting yours as tango removed them. So I picked you up and gave you the warn for Racism/Hate Speech for obvious reasons. You already had a previous warn for Racist media so I took that into account for the severity in the ban, which could have and probably should have been much worse. Not sure what your defense is other than you thinking it was too ambiguous to be punished for, but it’s really really easy to not be racist, and you failed at that.

Your application is very well and from personal interactions with you, you are very mature and capable of taking on a staff position. Although I do recommend while this application is up, you should play more with the regular players on the street. You have been spending a lot of time in admin land and hanging out with us, which is great, but you need to build a community presence and get some player support to back you up, which I feel is very important for staffing.

You already have 2 warnings for RDM that should have been 1d bans as well. You need to be held responsible for your actions just like everyone else is. Do not take this personal  please, I want you to be able to play the server and have fun but if you break rules you need to be held accountable or else it isnt fair and ruins fun for other players. Just be more careful when playing and make sure you exercise the warn system whenever needed.

It was not a fair kill because you did not use the warn system to tell him to leave you and your store alone. Just because you dont understand this is a rule does not mean it is false. I've said everything I need to and will not continue to argue on this as it will lead to nowhere.

Ive change the ban to only 1d ban to match recent punishment guideline changes. You need to read through the rules as they go over the Warning system and when\how it should be used.

You need to use the warn system even with that KOS sign. Not sure how I can explain this any better to you.

-1 seems pretty cut and clear as I’m sure all of this can be seen in logs. The fact that Tango was able to see you had no intent to role play in only 5 minutes of spectating you only shows how mingey you were being. I’m sure you only want to play to have fun, so please take this time to look through the rules and learn how to have fun without ruining another players time.

I've had some pretty good interactions with you and you do seem pretty mature for your age, and I think you've made a pretty good impact on the server despite your low hours. Definitely keep it up and get some more hours while this app is active and I'm sure you'll definitely be worthy of a shot at T-mod

Lots of back and forth between you guys is leading nowhere. Would like to hear from @Pooshi about this
