My only issue with you becoming staff would be your attitude towards other players, especially ones you aren’t a fan of, as well as the perception you give when you make jokes that are a bit too edgy. You make a lot of jokes that are borderline NSFW or toxic, and as a player it can be a bit of fun but as staff it would only let mingey players think that it’s okay and they will take it too far. As for your attitude towards other players, I feel as though you can get vindictive towards players you don’t like, and that can lead to being a biased staff member. 
 

I think staffing would be very easy for you given your time played on the server, and I think you’d do great as long as you keep in mind what I’ve mentioned as well as making sure you are the only one using your account.

Not enough recent and consistent activity, 2 days isn't enough time for you to know the community or for the community to know you. 

Take some more time to play on the server and get to know everyone and how things work before shooting for staff

Over the span of late of January 2023 all the way up until your ban in early June 2023 you amassed 6 Hatespeech warns, 5 MRDM warns, 5 NITRP warns, 2 Toxicity warns, 1 Scamming warn, and a handful of prop abuse and RDM warns.

I don't think 6 months is nearly enough time to completely change your character and show us that none of this will repeat. The server may have been fun for you and your friends but just your warns show that you were a unhealthy fit for Aether.

Any time you suspect a bug can crash the server it should be immediately reported to a higher up, testing it is quite literally attempting to crash the server. You especially shouldn’t do this in main land with a regular player (who has a history of minging) and then give him the opportunity to leave you and raid someone. 
 

The negligence of your responsibilities is clear here, but I’d like to find out wether there was actual malicious intent here, considering you guys were in a VC and had already been bothering Lonestar before this.

This doesn't look like a mistake to me. Seems like you set it then watched him go raid Lonestar with no effort to stop him

Seeming as there is no evidence, this report is pretty vague and unsupported so we can't really punish off of it. In the future please collect any clips or sceenshots as evidence of any toxicity/harassment/NITRP.

Thats YOUR goal, and sure a lot of other players share that goal, but at the end of the day there is literally no way to "win" in DarkRP.

I literally care for nothing monetary on the server and there are plenty of others with the goal to just have fun and RP

Shooting/Killing through props is always considered fail raid, although his walls were no collided so Night Light may have not been aware it was possible that they were able to be shot through, so a RIS warn will be issued for that as it was only accidental.

Removing/Altering props during a raid is also against rules, as well as switching off the banker job during a raid actively ruined Night Light's raid as it made the vault un-raidable due to low amount of bankers. There is no evidence that this was accidental or not malicious so a Fail Raid warn will be issued to Enzar.
