Since this was first posted Tapu has put in good hours and I’ve had very positive interactions with him. Tapu has shown a good level of maturity and care for the server, and I think will preform very well if given the opportunity at T-Mod. You may have jumped the gun a little bit with this application but I hope others will revisit this with a fresh take.

Edit: I would also suggest adding a Job staff can set people to like "NonRP Builder" that we can set people to if were gonna allow them to be in admin land to mess around or build and if they switch jobs or die they get demoted and re-spawned.

+1 if possible. I don’t like having Hitman/Assassin jobs creating staff sits just because their hit is in admin land.

You admitted to your failraiding and the NLR and RDM looks super clear to me in logs. Wait out your ban, come back and try to be a normal player. You always "flex" when you get banned so it's pretty clear you are a minge with NITRP and I seriously doubt this situation is any different.

I saw you do it and was spectating you during each of these offense's which were done in less then 10 minutes. 

You admitted to fail raiding and the NLR in your own response post, both me and tango gave you the benefit of the doubt before these happened and told you to discontinue this behavior before it ends in a ban, you seem to continually repeat this behavior with this being your 15th Relevant RDM incident in the last 9 months I really hope to see it change and you become a positive member of this community.

Gonna be a hard -1  from me dawg sorry. I think it’s obvious that you do want to be apart of this community and that you enjoy the server very much, and that should be all the more reason for you to tighten up and just be better when you come back. This may very well be your last warn before a permanent ban. There are plenty of people on the server who want you to succeed and play and have fun with the rest of us, but every time you do stuff like this you let them down and disrespect their efforts to keep you in the community. I know you’re young and think it’s fun to be a troll, we’ve all been there, but I guarantee you will have way more fun and make great memories if you’d just calm down and follow the rules. I hope this month goes by fast for you, and maybe just un-equip all of your knives huh?

Not sure if there could be any other context that can go against Cyrus’ case here. @Banana Man was just being a minge here, baiting the kill, and 100% knew what the warn was meant for.

Here's an example of Declan being toxic in another sit with different staff members.

I overheard you telling a player that he could not propblock whilst building, and I simply was just trying to correct Declan thinking he just didn’t understand the rules. When talking to the player, Declan was yelling over me  and being generally toxic so I moved him out of the room to be able to talk to the player. Declan responded by coming back into the room insulting me and yelling and being toxic so I gagged him for 5m and issued a warn for toxicity (which he already had a previous warn for). I didn’t realize that Declan was just trying to trick the player into getting to be able to complete his hit, but none of this mattered as he still was able to complete his hit after my interaction. I do not have any clips of this exchange and I’m pretty sure Declan does not either. I’m not sure this report can amount to anything other than suggestion that me and Declan avoid interaction with each other.

Casual racism is still racism buddy, there is no justification for it. It was your choice to say the most offensive word you could, and also make jokes about pedophilia, which is also extremely offensive. Whether you agree with that is irrelevant though as it is against server rules to say ANY slurs, and I’m sure you’ve figured that out by now. You were being a minge last night because you seemed to not be able to stand witnessing other people have fun on the server. You were told to calm down by both Danny and Tango, and you responded by calling us soft and changing your name to be a mockery of Tango’s. You need to take your ban time too cool down and understand that you are responsible for your actions and can’t just say whatever you want. Don’t be mad at Staff members who are just trying to do their job enforcing the rules; You can’t take it personally, we are just trying to make sure everyone on the server is having fun with a safe social surrounding.

This keeps happening because you are constantly pushing the limits of the rules and looking for loopholes for the sole purpose if irritating other players and ruining the game for people. I hope you come back from this ban with a better mindset on what your goal should be when you play the server, but I doubt you will.

How will this improve the quality of Aether?: Model renter as of late has become a bit stale in my opinion, so I compiled this list of potential new/replacement models that I think a lot of the players on the server will enjoy.
