I’d have to look at logs again to see if you adverted but from what I remember all I saw was you killing the mayor and leaving immediately so I counted it as RDM | LTAP. 

What was the reason for warning him?

You’re the first person I’ve ever seen complain about how we currently do reimbursements. I think the system we have works fine as most temporary items are very cheap anyways

Sorry but it seemed you were just MRDMing and knew what you were doing

You killed 3+ people in the streets for breaking an invalid law, as well as you are never allowed to KOS first unless the player is wanted. You were killing a lot of people very quickly without valid reasoning, so you got banned for MRDM. You are still responsible for knowing the rules of the server as PD and not just blindly following mayors laws.

You did in fact use hate-speech towards another player while having a previous warning for it only 2 days prior. It's pretty cut and clear that you broke the rule, so leniency isn't really an option for this situation. Wait out the ban and be more respectful in the future.

“Just a joke” isn’t really a solid or valid excuse for advertising cheats in the server to another player. You were also talking about how they are undetectable shortly after sending the link.

Maybe come back in a little while with some actual remorse and taking responsibility for your actions with another appeal.

No amount of skill or game-sense or 3rd person peeking will allow you to track the first player (shrekanator) through the walls, and soft lock onto another player (paradox) through walls like that.

You’re activity has been great for 10 days now, even across forums and discord. I believe you have nothing but good intentions and priorities are in the right spot. Might be a rough start due to the massive gap since you’ve last staffed, but after some time I think you’ll get into the swing of things and be a powerful force on the team.

You went out of your way to place props within Tim's build after being told not to. Just because it was in the RP Only build area does not mean you are free to build inside or over other's props.

This can only be seen as Prop Minging, Low-end Harassment, and NITRP. Revolt handled this sit fine, he gave you the reasons and there is really no defense for the rules broken.

Report Denied

You had no valid reason to keep killing Mythic and kept killing him despite seeing him directly involved with staff in a sit, showing NITRP.

The warn/ban is valid and Ariestios handled the situation fine.
