You do seem like a cool dude and I think it would be worth a shot at letting you try out tmod. Although I’d still like to see you come out of your base and interact with other players more.

This would definitely stop a lot of minging, especially when no staff are on. Although I don’t think it should be any longer then 2 hours of playtime.

A lot of players join/play DarkRP for the sole purpose of playing as PD, and I wouldn’t want to discourage those with 4+ hour requirement, as most players don’t put that kind of time in to a single session. 

I think 2 hours is plenty of time to thin out the minges while also giving players time to learn essential rules before becoming PD. 

Although mingey players are always going to find a way to MRDM, and this won’t stop them from playing as a different job where they can also get a weapon very quickly. While MRDA is very disruptive to gameplay, it’s somewhat counter-able by someone playing as Mayor/PD/Lawyer, or even a !votedemote if no staff are on, so I don’t think this would be TOTALLY necessary.

Would be a good level perk 

Crossfire has to be provable. Logs has no way of completely proving that damage was crossfire. 
If you are able to provide a clip any time you crossfire someone, and it shows that it was actual crossfire, then you won’t be warned for RDM if someone makes a report. 
 

Just be more careful or get clipping software.

Really well done application with a lot of effort being shown. 
You’ve been around the server for a while and have stayed out of trouble the entire time which is impressive and shows you have a great knowledge of the rules as well as exercising them. 
I do think you may struggle to take things seriously sometimes, but you acknowledge and as long as you put effort into it I’m sure it won’t be an issue.

Before I even pulled you into a sit I checked the base where he was killed. There was no KOS sign, your name wasn’t on the doors, and all raidables were deep in the base far from the entrance. When I looked at logs, you had killed the player just inside the entry way of the base, so he was nowhere near your raidables if you had any in there. 
 

When I pulled you into the sit and asked you why you killed the player you said “dunno” and only after I sent him back and went to warn you, you started saying that he was near your stuff. Even if true there was no evidence to back that up so I went ahead with the warn and 1 day ban because of your previous warnings. 

Highly suggest you guys avoid interacting with each other from now on. Any sort of malicious acts towards one or the other should immediately be followed with an in-game ticket ONLY.
We’re all here to have fun and play the game, let’s just keep everything civil and professional at the very least. 

Even if a player is bothering you, you aren't allowed to resort to RDM to solve your problems. In the future use either the /advert warn system or use @ to make a ticket in game for admin assistance.

You also admitted to MRDM which means the entire ban and warn is valid.

I think best solution to this would be the hits made by the server be exclusive to each hitman, so that they all aren’t trying to get the one hit that comes in every so often. 

This warning was valid as you went out of your way to make a false ticket just to kill BakedPotato for a hit. In the future either !cancelhit or PM the staff member you have a hit on asking if you can kill them, and save creating tickets for only serious reports or staff related issues.

I’d like to point out that staff are allowed to spend their time in admin land if they want. It’s a non rp area, the same as spawn, and just because you have a hit does not mean that he has to be forced into an RP situation. If you can’t reach a hit, then you should just !cancelhit, not make a staff ticket for something like that

While you are the friendliest friendly friend i've ever befriended, towards the end of you last run at moderator you seemed to really lack dedication to the staff team and to actually staffing in general.

While I would love to see you come back in full force, it is still in question if you are coming back to staff for the right reasons, and that makes it hard for me to fully +1 your rerank.

I understand the lack of motivation, it happens to all of us, I would just hate for you to come back to the team and fall back into the same loops and lose motivation again. It can ruin the game if staffing feels too much like a chore for you, so you gotta be 100% sure that you want to rerank for the utter betterment for the server, despite how many friends are on the team or not.

Prestige is already super obtainable as well as reaching max level. If made easier to level and prestige, players would absolutely fly through the prestiges and lose that little bit of motivation to keep playing once they can no longer prestige/level up. 

I think the pacing is at a good place right now with a good balance of reasons to prestige/reasons to keep leveling past 300

Past couple weeks your recent playtime has been consistently really great. 
As long as you can dedicate yourself to staffing and keep up the activity I see no reason for you not to rerank it

+1 I really like this idea. It would add another layer to the job without requiring any extra work, which allows the job to still be fairly mindless while also giving another objective to the job.
