Thanks for the report!

I don't think pushing AFK people outside of spawn to kill them is an issue at all, after all there's a reason we don't seek out and warn the players who do this. However, if you're pushing active players outside of spawn just so that you can kill them (hit, or not) should be considered FailRP. If the player is actively engaging in a conversation with somebody, or flat out just avoiding the drama outside of spawn, then they should be left alone imo.
Slapstick was banned from spawn, so I'm definitely not against a bunch of other things being blocked inside of spawn as well, but I hardly ever see this as an actual reported issue.-

I'm very hesitant to trust your side of the story, I find it highly unlikely that Jouaram mistakenly banned you thinking you were someone else. The log of you asking in chat who wants somebodies real name is a thing that actually happened and needs to be figured out. There is no way I can endorse this appeal until there's some sort of remorse shown and responsibility taken for the ban reasoning. -1

I've applied a warning and next time I see this player on I'll drag them and have a discussion about toxicity.
Report accepted, thank you! -

I like the idea, like James said players would def try to hide their raidables with it but I feel like we could just punish those types of players when the time comes

I've gone ahead and dealt with this player in-game, if they're anymore of a bother please report it asap.

I mean, I guess regardless this would be technically failraid, but by the clip you provided it seemed like this was an opportunity to bond with a staff member trying to mess around with you rather than reporting them for an EMP. He never killed you, never stole anything, just wanted to be friendly with you; but nonetheless there was a rule broken.

So is this just regarding the bunchie gun or is there more?

I don't know what was actually said/sent, just make sure this behavior is not carried over and shown in-game. Continue to play the server, make friends not enemies, and keep a good reputation; I think right now is just a little bit too early to judge if you've changed or not.

Suggestion: A small, few minute grace period on newly spawned meth labs
Link To Relevant Addons: n/a
Media/Screenshots/Videos:
How will this improve the quality of Aether?: A 2-3 minute grace period for new meth labs, they can be insanely suicidal sometimes. I get it's meant to make you remain active, but anytime I turn around or tab out they decide they wanna blow up. As I was writing this I had 3 labs blow up 😭

doesnt that mean that he purposefully uninstalled and stole @Soularats hard earned cash?
I'd say no, you can't steal something that was given to you willingly. Sweets exact words of giving it to Jake was because she wanted to be friendly; this is considered a donation and once given you really have no right to ask for it back.
-
Missing context is important here. I hopped into a call with @Soularats just to discuss the facts of what happened. From Sweet's own admittance, they gave the money with absolute 0 intentions of making Jake pay them back. It wasn't until Jakes leave that Sweet had reached out and asked if it were possible to get the money back, and then comes when Jake had agreed to paying her back (we'll get back to this). Either later that evening, or the next day Sweet had seen Jake online and again reached out about the topic of money. They had a civil conversation going at 11:20am, and by the time 11:50am rolled around Jake was no longer willing to give the money back and few less than friendly words were exchanged.
Since there was no agreement at the time of the money exchange, I do not find it fair to hold this over Jakes head as scamming. He did not mislead, misguide or lie to anyone. I cannot say that Jake would have grinded and gave back the money at their own will, but the fact of being messaged over and over about it and given ultimately no time to get that type of money together probably took a large role into him deciding it was no longer worth his effort.Again, since there was no agreement whatsoever on either side of repaying the sum of money at start, I do not see this as scamming. You really can't give someone a large sum of money to be friendly, ask for it a few days later and then report it as scamming.

@Soularats what was your reasoning for giving Jake this large sum of money?

24 seems like like an insane leap from the limit we have now? I worry about people who don't contribute to RP and will just use it as a way to add 24 lines of meaningless text to everyone's screen.
I do think upping that limit by like 10 at most could be pretty useful in scenarios when mayors want to add more funny laws.

The whole "cum" joke is borderline, in certain situations some may take offense or even act as if they take offense to this type of humor just to stir up issues and drama. To avoid these issues, we expect staff to steer farther away from making these jokes and builds. I'm not gonna -1 you solely off of these, but this behavior does seem reoccurring and would have to stop if you expect to be staff.

Like mentioned in the comments above, Aether is a toxicity free area where all players should be comfortable. Your comments aren't the worst I've heard, but considering you have previous warnings for this exact thing I don't have any reason to show leniency here. Friends or not, keep these comments to yourself.
