Unfortunately there doesn't seem to be any wrong-doing in this clip, police and mayor can make players wanted based off of a raid advert. Maybe that should be said directly in the rules, but -1

I don't really see any reason to demote the mayor unless for cracked laws or long lockdowns. Mayor can choose to demote whoever they wish, for whichever reason they wish. No sit could have been made for this reason if this is the offense he used to /demote you; whether staff were online or not.

KingJax did make a sit, but I do not believe it was because of this situation. KingJax put that ticket in @ 7:36:56PM, but wasn't demoted until a few minutes afterwards. It was also 38 minutes later that he vote demoted you (@ 8:14:27PM). I'm unsure on if that's what he counted as his 10 minutes, but staff logon periodically and don't see sits from before they joined; regardless I believe this is an unjust demote.

Just to quickly note that raid cooldown timers start at the time of the advert, and not when it ends; as /advert over is not necessary this way would be hard to track. Other than that I definitely believe you've shown that you are committed & experienced enough throughout the server to be given a shot at tmod. Good luck!

Checked to see if there was any evidence I could provide, but looks like Jouaram used one of his crazy ways to catch whatever was happening at the time. I assume off of just "Crashing server" he won't remember this exact situation.

Since Jouaram himself issued this ban, I have no doubt that you were up to sketchy things. But for now I'll stay neutral till there's more information from @Jouaram

It did seem like you meant to bother this player in the clip, but nonetheless KOS loitering & "will chase" signs are not allowed.

It honestly sounds like random noises more than an attempt at an accent, but nonetheless the accent is allowed.
To clear the air, saying Allah Akbar also does not constitute a warn nor ban unless more is said about the race and not that exact term.

I don't believe Joey had intent to bash any race at all based on the clip you provided.

Going back and fourth with each other does nothing, the arguing is unnecessary as I don't believe either one of you will see eye to eye during this situation. Please wait for it to be dealt with properly.
