Instead of a 6 hour ban if the NITRP actions were repeated after 1st offence warn it'd be a day ban How would you handle this? Overall, your staff application is very well made as everyone else has said so far already your staff application really shows you've put great effort/time into studying the rules, only problem really is i have had no interactions with you that i recall but i have seen you in game and when it comes to the things i had pointed out they're nothing that can't be fixed easily during tmod phase. Aslong as you continue to study the rules/staff handbook even, continue to keep activity up and build more community interactions i see no problem giving your staff application a positive. Tremor pointed out pretty much everything i was going to point out which i agree with everything that was stated here by Tremor your staff application is as Tremor says "pretty well done" i have the same problem though as everyone else that has replied so far with that i've not really had any interactions with you i atleast do recall seeing you in game but not having interactions. Thiccye, Tremor and Lofi i extremely agree with all of what they said here above i myself have had nothing but positive interactions with you so far you're very chill and that's very good for when taking sits! everything i'd suggest was already suggested but i'll just say make sure to continue to be active and to study the rules/handbook it'll help you so much having a good understanding of the rules not only with staffing ofc but with avoiding sits/punishments against you as a player. I think you truly deserve atleast a chance at staff despite the as low play time / issues with your staff app, good luck! +1

His latest warn goes back to 09/25/2021 which is 15 months ago and his most concerning warn to me in this case is the toxicity warn but what i've heard about Jerma and interactions i've had with him have been nothing but positive.
