I am surprised to see this application up. I have noticed you in game a lot lately and see you creating positive interactions in game. It is clear you have a good understanding of the rules coupled with extensive in game play time. Your application is well versed and thought out. I do believe you should have a shot at Staffing on Aether.

I would like to see some positive interactions with the community in game before rejoining the discord.

+1 although it is nice to know you've picked up double, it can easily flood chat and you could miss something in chat (raid advert etc).

Implied or direct, racism is racism. I don't see any reason to unban from discord at this time as you don't seem to understand why that shouldn't be tolerated in the first place.

It is due to unfortunate circumstances we are here.

I decided to go through with the one week punishment (as per PW) after speaking with you when I pulled you. You didn't seem to have any remorse and kept saying "it's just a word" and so on. You didn't seem to want to take responsibility for what was done. I understand we can get frustrated and say some awful things, this is no excuse however to blast such a terrible thing in OOC.  I did ask the other player if you were friends, and they denied it. Regardless, there were 30~ other players online who saw that in chat as well. I appreciate you now acknowledging the wrong doing, but just because you are remorseful now (and this being your second warn in the active period) doesn't necessarily mean the punishment should be reduced. Please be mindful of your words going forward. I do believe the punishment should stand true.

Until then, read the staff handbook and the rules a few times to familiarize yourself with the changes from when you were last staff!

I think the purge should include explosives. I agree with blacklisting certain OP weapons during the purge (which Jouaram has been doing) but explosives are apart of the purge in my opinion. It adds randomness and sure may take less skill, but it's the purge, it's a mass rdm, free for all event and should be treated as such.

I brought you to a sit because you had broke NLR, as I was about to return the other player you decided to start berating them. You went off on them, calling them a multitude of awful and disrespectful names. After, when I told you I was about to warn you for NLR and toxicity now, and after @NotYourMomsPancakestold you not to imply any sort of racism / hate speech. You decided to call us the F slur and continue to be toxic to us. This was all over a simple warn for NLR, that was going to be a written warning as it would be your first warn for that. You really dug yourself a hole over something so simple. I hope your time away from the server you can find a way to control your anger and emotions. No one deserved to be called or spoke to the way you did to not only us but that innocent player from the sit. I think you need some time off to think about what got you into this situation. I hope to see you back on the server on positive terms next time.

I think I should be one of the winners because I love Aether. I enjoy the community, players and staff alike. I find myself looking forward each day to getting on the server and hanging out with the community. Another reason I should win is because I would like a custom discord rank!
