I agree with what Danny says, I feel there is an undiscussed point here about where the line draws for what is "NSFW".

If we're really being technical here, "Erection" isn't a word that is inappropriate, it's the proper term to say what Dae put in chat prior. If I'm being honest, in a server where players from time to time will paste a low-quality penis dupe, I don't think even the word "boner" is necessarily NSFW.

I think this is definitely something we should bring up in a future staff meeting, as it would greatly benefit those who want to help out and keep everything clean, including @Arestios who clearly didn't have malicious intent. We need to know what the fine line is for things like this in the future, and how to properly handle it with the player's expectation.

I understand the P2W aspect of what players are suggesting here, and I do think it's important that ultimately it doesn't become that kind of game, but I don't believe that's the intention.

I don't feel that being AFK is what Jouaram intends when he adds "Passive Aether", and more he wants to reward the players who are in-game and actively playing. Since as long as you're in the server and whatnot you will earn passive AB. It is a plus you may AFK and earn it which I feel like all it takes is leaving the game on, when you already get 5x the passive on weekends (Which also promotes playing the game more which you have to in order to earn levels and prestige).

On top of this, there is still a chance to get AB, although it is miniscule, you can still earn it. My pitch would be to change the amount of AB to something of higher amount, that way it's actually worth the 1/20 chance to try and shoot for it. 

My vote will stay this way since I'm not 100% for completely changing the wheel back, I do believe more risk is needed as it's a heavily farmed item in the game. But the amount could increase since of the rarity, and I don't believe 777 is enough to grind the wheel.

It's hard for me to credit either side of the story given I wasn't really paying attention at the time of this clip, I was trying to help Bees fix the fountain structure he pasted. Going off what I hear in the clip, @legend was definitely repeating something fast, and enough times where it may have been misheard from all the noise playing at the same moment.

In my opinion, with the clip being a little hard to hear I would've taken that into consideration and continued to spectate for a bit longer to catch if he does it again. If it was a genuine misunderstanding, I think it would've been ironed out given he would've not said it again afterwards.

1. As I previously stated you did not show the entire clip as It would show that I also was not cool with him saying that word. I told him he is NOT allowed to say that and doing so again would result in punishment. 2. The fact he did not use the hard R does play a SMALL role in the multitude of reasons I decided not to punish him for it. Never did I say it wasn't a big deal or that it's all good. He was told not to say it again.

Here's my defense in response to the racism claims:

Your clips are massively trimmed to a point where multiple sentences said before and after the fact are completely removed, losing all context to what we we're discussing at that moment. When "suckmytoes" said what he said, he immediately backtracked and re-worded what he originally said, and apologized on top of that for it being accidental.

I do not approve nor do I condone the use of the n word at all, However, it's easy to acknowledge that many people use the word beyond this server. When he said it, he used in the context you would just refer to another person, not in a derogatory/racist manner. Had "suckmytoes" said it with the intent of being racist as well, it would've been a much different case. You also cut out the part where I was ALSO surprised and said roughly along the lines of "I'm not sure why you said that but I'm gonna need you not to say that again". I didn't necessarily "let it slide".

"Suckmytoes" also received a warn after your jail was handled, and I also sternly told him after giving him the warn that he can by no means use that word again in this server, Regardless of the way he says it or what the context is. 

Tim, If you are seriously offended by what "suckmytoes" said to you, then I do apologize that you feel like this wasn't handled correctly. It's my intention to treat people fairly and under my discretion I felt it was fair to let it go after he agreed to not use it again, and apologized.

Definitely an improvement from your last application, and it shows you're serious about this in my eyes.

You got your last application denied due to being warned while it was active, however, you did not let this stop you from turning in a brand new app immediately (an even better one at that). I also see this as a good quality, and I'm sure the other staff can agree with that as well.
