Hello!

As many of you have probably noticed I've become extremely inactive with the server and Garry's Mod as a whole. I have phases where I want to play the game and where I just don't want to touch it for a long time. I guess that time has sadly come. I will miss every single person on this server. But I can't hold my position and just not be on ever. You may see me around the server every once in a while... Who knows.

I hate to be the barer of bad news. But placing something in a public space. Can have anyone take it without advert.  Too me that looks like a Bitcoin miner; in which can raid, steal, etc.  

Theres not much you can do to get that 750ab back. 

But I do feel your disappointment. Ill personally give you 750ab next time you are on with me. (Canadian Maple). Come find me. Just next time make sure your not in a public place. 

+1, Im down to give you a final chance out of the many you have been given. If you have changed for the better then you're welcome on the server. 

But if you end up getting banned again or reverting back to who you were before I can't promise a second perm ban appeal will be accepted.

Bruh Idk @DoggoI want your side of the story cause the video doesn't lie. You clearly passed the door. In the first clip. If you get arrested you shouldn't take your own sit unless your 100% curtain they are in the wrong. 

For the second clip, some staff members have alot going on at the time and multiple sits at one give time. Doggo might have been monitoring someone as a part of another sit they were already doing at the time that took place. 

Would also like doggos side of this as well before I make any solid decisions.

Wait, Do you still want the 10m? Find me on the server tomorrow night. I just got to do work. Would be like 730pm est. Cause I dont need the money and you would've/should've been able to raid the bank.

I sadly do not. At the time I didn't believe I did anything wrong. Because they wanted out and I was under the impression a raid couldn't be made inside a building =/= it had to be called on the street/public. 

I don't even want to make this an issue. In all honestly I went after afk the base was placed and after the sit. I went looking for you and then realized @lilmilkman705, @Bryan,and @BadGraphicsgot off the server. I felt bad for telling you that it wasnt a valid raid them moving you out. I was attempting to refund you the bank raid. I.E 10,000,000$ which I am still willing to give you. I don't mind. Not as a bribe, but because I caused most of this issue. Just because im mod doesn't mean your arguments are invalid. Its hard to explain a situation without picture or video proof of the events that happened. You should've been able to raid the bank. But you alway did say in the beginning you wanted out. 

We can still let this report go through the ranks, but atleast let me make it right and give you the 10,000,000$ for the bank raid you should've been able to do. @BadGraphicscan vouche I was looking for you. (Via discord).

Up until this point idk if maybe I didn't hear you correctly or pay attention through everything that was going on with the sit. I wasnt aware that I put you into someone.  If that was the case, and you died to it. I wouldve gladly moved you back and refunded your items lost. This was news to me. If that was the case at the time. Im next to curtain you didn't use your mic to say I am stuck as I put you through the wall. Or @ or anything. I didn't even see the death on screen. Idk if they gave you anytime. But that and you calling raid is on me. But confusing the shit out of someone when you know alot of stuff is already happening shouldn't be your go to response. 

It's either you want out. Or you want to bank raid. In this case you said you wanted out first... twice.

Based on this timeline it seems he asked to be let out and then immediately called bank raid. No fault to you in that case. He wanted out you brought him out. It would've been different however had he not been brought out when asked and then adverted bank raid after some time had passed, and THEN you brought him out

Im not kidding when I said this. He said "I want out, I want out" then like 10 seconds later calls the bank raid. I was still in the process of putting him outside. 

I did tell him you can't raid inside the bank. Which is obviously wrong. But he wanted out in the beginning and with everything going on I was just going to put him out. 

So from beinning to end. I was banker with Damp for the majority of the day.  Damp had to get off (owner of the setup). I wasn't aware he got off.  

Multiple people entered the bank's "prohibited area" in this case. So my reaction to put down my banker base dupe. To keep the bank alive. For the most part. I had a few people INCLUDING @lilmilkman that said they wanted to leave the bank. As most people know Adv.dupe doesn't put down keypads. Which means id have to manually put them all up.

I put a total of 2 people out via physgun (lilmilkman was the second). But they said at similar times. so I could add the rest of the base together. After I hear "Let me out, let me out". @Lilmilkman calls bank raid. 

Up until that point in time I was under the impression you cannot call raid on SOMEONE'S PROPERTY. this could be in the Mayors office. Passed the second floor of some guys base; anything. This would make it a fail raid. But on that half he stated he was one of the people that did want out. Which is why I phygunned him out. 

I was under the impression in the beginning he wanted to be let out and in the chaos of the bank at that time. I just wanted to let people out and not have them sit and wait till I put down every single keypad. 

My bad for misinterpreting the "Raid Rules", it doesn't seem logical to allow someone to advert raid inside the property. But if you did really want to raid the bank. Don't "joke" on wanting to be let out. The banker already has a lot to deal with when the whole base at 60+ printers deletes. 

Shortly after the bank finally gets set up. This is at the point im adding the printers down I hear the "admin abuse, admin abuse" from @lilmilkman. This is like 3-5 minutes after I moved him out. 

Then "pop" im brought to flatlands by @Bryan accompanied by @BadGraphics and @lilmilkman705. Where we went over everything there and then. Similar to right now. Didn't hear anything of it till right nows staff report.

I think this is just about the only server I've staffed on that doesn't use the typical Blogs. Definitely a log system I can get behind. More in-dept on seeing how things played out with the view options it gives you.

How will this improve the quality of Aether?: Well the Banker has to spawn sometimes 2 or more of each Coolant/Battery PER PRINTER that is inside the bank at any given time. Every so often; it gets to become a headache to manage.

What if there was a swep that also costed money to use. But allows the Banker Job to click on printers and "Refill" the coolant/batteries for printers. Instead of having to repeat this process. Something that makes it easier for the banker to go up and down the printers banked and refill them without binds/opening the F4 menu.

I have a life so my -1 is going to be a short, sweet, and bland.

- Revolt followed the staff handbook protocol for why you got 3 days. (IT STACKS).
- I have no idea if this was given at the time. Not that it matters, but explain to them before they get banned why they are getting such a high ban time for something that seems so small. To prevent things like this from happening again.

Still a -1 for me though. Wait out your ban and when you come back to the server behave better.

Wtf, I didnt know you were a staff member. If somethings bothering yknow to AVOID BEING PUNISHED, Take pictures and videos and report to another higher up staff. 

If you "take it into your own hands" and not call a staff you are still RESPONSIBLE for those actions. 

Also all the comments you are making about people and the things you are adding to the report and ends of your answers to people can be considered LE Harassment.

You Red mic on button was active before he said what he said. Per Nicky you said something completely different. We need you're audio to conclude what was actually said. Not that it matters now that he has gotten the warn for it. But if something instigating was said we can't go off he said / she said. etc et.

Why did Yami call the sit if he never DIED to Nicky? Last time I heard, if no one calls a sit chances are they don't care. I was told that if something happened and the people involved don't call a sit. I shouldn't deal with it. Because no one called said sit.

To me, it seems like Yami's sit was more about the Slur then the RDM.

- The only thing I can see viable as "wrong doings" is the slur. Because there is video proof of it. Yes there is the MRDM, But since he wasnt brought into a sit and had the ABILITY to say his side of events. Only 1 side was taken and he got banned for that.

- I am curious what you said prior to him saying that in-game as well, Cause your mic was almost constantly on before it led up to that being said. It still shouldn't have been said in general. But if you were instigating it, then you would probably be a bigger part of the video as a whole. But we don't have what you said.

- I think @Jouaram should take everything into an account; Per my last ban that got appealed for not taking the person into a sit. It was all mis-communication, kinda like whats going on right now. We don't have your mic as reference to what is happening in that clip; and we don't have his side of the events prior to the ban.

- Just noting in, looking through the logs of who called staff around that time. Even if there was no staff online at the time; the people that mainly died in that situation could've messaged a staff member on discord at the time. With name and proof of who was doing it. No one called and @'ed him, and no one to my knowledge directly messaged a staff member about him "Mass Rdming".

 

I do want to see how this plays out, I messed around with Nicky when he first got on the server and he never struck me as someone who would do all this. 

Especially if there was no sit and no proof or whatnot can be given. 

Id like to see more insight on what happened in this situation and get @RolandRagoon's side of the story as well before I make my decision. 

Don't wanna be "that" guy but you cant hurt your "teammate" because he wasnt in your party. Therefore he wasn't a teammate. If he did the same to you earlier in the day why didn't you call a staff and when you did it to him he called a staff. 

I would also like to hear @Hack644 side of this story. 

Describe your suggestion: Make it so that people can control the Radio on their side, so they don't have to listen to the Spanish Stations and complain about it to staff WHO CAN DO NOTHING ABOUT IT.

How will this improve the quality of Aether?: Less Staff Calls for people being annoying,  and allows people to set their volume to WHAT THEY WANT IT TO BE.

For me, what I do is !warn "SteamID:0:000000" "Reason" and it works for me if the person is on or off the server???
