@Babydumptruck really seems like everything is pointed out here in terms of the application questions so i won’t go super in depth on that but based on you as a player i can say you’re always friendly always have a good positive attitude towards players even in negative situations and i believe if you can manage to stay active and make an effort to learn how the are in the current state of the server and pay attention to how they change, with the proper guidance i’m sure you would be a good fit to be staff again. + experience + availability + community support overall +1

If no raiding tool is being used can the player steal the item from a base without an advert?: Yes! if no raiding tool is needed to enter a players base you have the right to enter and steal/"raid" items as you please, as long as you are the proper job class that allows you to steal. If its their first case of "MRDM" i would give out a 3 day ban. A Mayor enabled a lockdown without reason and is refusing to turn it off, how do you resolve this?: I would ask if there was a valid reason for the lockdown. If no reason is provided I would ask them disable the it and I would explain the rules of lockdown. If the action continues after that I would possibly demote the mayor, and they should be warned for job abuse / false lockdown afterwards.
