Me being active so much could really help the staff team when they're busy or doing something, I can almost always be there for them and I love helping newer people out so I can help people just joining this server and possibly make them an average AetherNetwork player. I really wanna help staff because i've seen some days get bad with people breaking the rules and staff can't always be there but i will try to be there 10/10 times. Have you read the rules fully, understand and feel comfortable enforcing them as correctly as possible?: Yes, and if needed i will do it again. Are you willing to listen to any Staff member guide you as a Staff, even if you feel you don't need to?: Of course, Anytime a staff is telling me how to do it and if i'm doing it the wrong way i will listen and fix whats going wrong. Are you certain you will be able to staff for several hours a week?: For sure, I'm almost always active on here and will stay that way! Raids can last how long?: They can last max of 10 minutes If a player in your party dies whilst raiding, how long do they have to wait to come back and raid the same base again?: You have to wait 20 minutes What initiates a raid?: When one or more (party member) Uses the command "/advert Raid" or "/advert Party Raid" If no raiding tool is being used can the player steal the item from a base without an advert?: Yes but only if you are allowed to steal and it is an open base (no raiding tool needed) Give an example of a valid raid advert (type it as you'd type it in-game): /advert raid If the owner of the base is standing outside on their base entrances sidewalk as you're about to raid but haven't announced a raid yet, can you kill them?: No, That would count as RDM (random death match) you MUST advert raid before doing so If you get arrested mid-raid can you return after your arrest?: Yes but only if you have completely ended the raid by adverting over. But you may not raid that base again or continue raiding. If you get RDM'd are you allowed to kill the RDMer back without repercussions?: No that would count as revenge RDM the right thing to do is call a staff member to help you out A player punches somebody unprovoked and runs away, the player who got punched calls a sit - what punishment would you give the instigator?: They more than likely would not get punished but they would probably get a verbal warning or it would be considered ARDM (attempted random death match) List all default Laws of The Land: Raiding is illegal Money printers/drugs are illegal and explosives are illegal Bitcoin racks are illegal (small versions not included) Harming other players is illegal unless you are defending your base Life threats are illegal Having a gun license automatically makes all weapons on the user legal whilst holstered Kidnapping, theft and harming another player is illegal Using dangerous weapons in public is illegal Laws must be enforced with AOS instead of KOS unless the Police Officers life is in danger or the player is wanted Non-default Laws must be things that other players have to go out of their way to do Laws that are seen as baiting kills or arrests are disallowed How many bases can you own per party?: Their is only 1 base allowed per party A player is refusing to co-operate with you in a staff sit, how do you handle the non-cooperative player?: I would try to work with them and figure out what their problem is that they're having instead of arguing, and if they are trying to run away i would simply freeze them and make them work it out with words and if that doesn't work and they start to spam stuff in chat or mic spam i would gag them and have them only type but once they start spamming i would more than likely ban them for the reason they're in there and if i don't know what else to do i would ask a higher up staff for assistance Can you punish a player for intentionally ruining others time, even if they say it's out of fun?: If that person is ruining another persons fun by wasting their time i would politely ask them to stop and if they don't stop i would warn or ban them for harassment or NITRP (no intention to role play) Give an example of a Staff abusing their powers and how you would handle it: If a staff member is possibly no clipping into bases and stealing/destroying stuff for their own personal gain. To solve this problem i would simply get a video clip or photo evidence of them committing this act and report them to a staff member other than them of course. A player is excessively RDMing, how would you intervene/stop them from continuing and what punishment would you give?: I teleport them to admin land so they're far away from any player and if they try to kill me i would freeze them and have them explain them self and if they are refusing i would ban them for MRDM and NITRP A Mayor enabled a lockdown without reason and is refusing to turn it off, how do you resolve this?: The mayor must have a good reason that has something to do with the role play they are acting in, and if they refuse to dismiss it i would warn them with FailRP. I suppose you could go back to watch but there is a NLR timer as well so you are half right you could go back after your arrest is up (assuming The arrest was longer then 3 minutes). Plus there is no rule that states you have to Advert A raid is over.
