(Yes/No): Yes DarkRP Rule Questions Raids can last how long?: 10 minutes in total. What initiates a raid?: the use of advert by saying /advert Raid and or /advert PD Raid. If you want your friends to join in they can do /advert Raid and or /advert Assist If the owner of the base is standing outside as you're about to raid, can you kill them?: Yes, as long as they are near the base and are able to interfere with the raid. List 3 default Laws of The Land: Raiding is Illegal, Murder is Illegal, Threats are Illegal, and just in case Shooting in Public is Illegal. How many bases can you own per party?: 1 base per party A player is refusing to co-operate with you in a staff sit, how do you handle the non-cooperative player?: If a player is refusing to co-operate I would bring them to a private area, and request them to stop, but if they don't and they start to Micspam and or spam in chat, I would obviously mute/gag them, but if they agree to stop, and start rdming, minging, ect I would ban that person for the appropriate amount of time. You see another staff member abusing their power (Give an example of a staff abusing and how you would handle it/who you would contact): For example, lets say Asuna is abusing there powers by no clipping out of base to kill a raider. I would obviously try my best to video record, and or spectate to see if they do it again. If I am able to get video evidence I would immediately send it to Jouaram, but if I don't find anything suspicious I would still tell Jouaram about the report, and tell him to watch out A player is excessively RDMing/RDAing and breaking NLR (What is RDM/RDA and NLR? How do you determine if a player is breaking any of these?): To find out if someone is RDMing(Random Death Matching) I would look at logs and look at who the person is killing, and if that person was being shot at first. If no one was shooting and or damaging that person, I would consider that to be RDM. If a player RDM's more than 3 times, I would consider that MRDM(Mass Random Death Match) and essentially ban them for MRDM. If someone was RDAing(Random Arresting), I would ask the person what they were arresting that person for, if the person doesn't say the reason or its invalid, the person RDA'd. If the person RDA's more than 3 times, the person again MRDA'd and will be banned for appropriate amount of time again. Finally, to find someone breaking NLR(New Life Rule), we have to look at logs and see if the person was killed in a valid way. If the person was killed during a raid and comes back a second later to kill the person raiding, he broke NLR. If the person continues, to break NLR multiple times that person will be punished accordingly. If a person is breaking all 3 at once, the person is considered to be NITRP(No Intent To Roleplay), and that punishment will be added on to there ban. Extra Comments: No matter what happens, I will continue to play on the server and I will help new members overall with starting off. This guy definitely has my support to become an admin, mature and honest, and has a decent understanding of the server rules, never seen him get in trouble in the past week since I have been playing.
