YOU changed the wrong values the primary fire ONES SHOTS and the charged shot 2 shots you need to flip em and you will be good

Suggestion: title How will this improve the quality of Aether?: I'm assuming this is just an oversight. Making them automatically wanted as soon as they start lets Bounty Hunters intervene, as they should be able to for something so illegal.

I agree with powersarge that a lot of people have put time into grinding for it, so I will be careful editing the values for it; the weapon is meant to be powerful but the clip is a little insane considering how many people it was vs basically 1 guy left clicking.  I'll leave the post up to discuss the ongoing changes to it with todays update tweaking numbers.
