Honestly with how old this is you're better off just calling it quits on Aether; the only reasonings that exist here are that I was wrong but anyone that has seen me permanently ban a player knows I take the proper precautions and avoid doing so when possible; the actions taken were 100% malicious and I don't see any way this can be relooked at this far along. If it were any reason other than a malicious one you would've been unbanned after a while, but I don't see that happening here. 

You left for a super long while after the last one got denied and only came back today, I feel my reasonings are the same right now and just saying 'i've changed' wont cut it. Play consistently and show there are no issues to be concerned of then re-appeal, in a week or two minimum.

-1. Reasons: Literally last month you said you were 15. The NLR timer is 3 minutes, this is quite literally standard across most DarkRP servers and even into some other gamemodes; Also is the 5th rule on the Rules- page. Any base only needs one functioning entrance IE: a buildings garage door, normal door, etc. Having a KOS Inside sign does NOT disallow raiding. It actually permits people to raid you. The sign you're looking for is an RP Only sign. Overall: I haven't interacted with you much on this server, but from what I have read on this application is that you mostly have a lack of rule knowledge, it feels like you didn't even bother reading the rules before writing your app, or even referencing the rules while writing it. You should probably spend more time learning the rules here before the jump to being a staff member; Should also probably change that name while you're at it.
