-1   Like the others said, I think this was made out of spite. It’s not a good look to target someone on an application. You should want to staff to help out the server and the player base, not to take action on people you specifically dislike.    I also do believe like the others stated that you don’t act mature enough for a staff position at this time, and I also think you take the rules to a higher level than it needs to be. The other day you reported someone for battoning you, but it was out of good fun and you never told them to not do it anymore and asked for a harassment warn. I believe in that case you took things too seriously and as a staff member you should always take the rules into account but don’t rule with an iron fist for small things. i think if you just loosen up a little and act a little more mature you should have a shot at it. 

I spoke to Thatoneguy last night and made it known that in order to build in the tunnels he must leave space for players to walk by, meaning he cannot block off the entire tunnel. I'm not sold that a punishment is required here, as it doesn't seem like any malicious intent was involved. Going forward Thatoneguys misunderstanding of the rules should be corrected, and they will leave more room for other players to get by. Thanks for the report!
