-1    unfortunately while I like you as a person, I’d have to agree with others. The application feels rushed. Select answers were not answered properly.

-1    Everybody already said pretty much what is needed to be said regarding the reasoning.  Really in my opinion if someone is interested in a staff position genuinely, they would thoroughly create a staff application rather than these answers that seem sort of rushed.  also 4 warnings within almost a month over the same rule being broken isn't giving me the greatest vibes sadly. You could totally prove me wrong though! Several staff members have replied and i'd totally take their advice!    Goodluck!
