I’m going to say +1 at this time, you have loads of amazing qualities that would make you a fantastic staff member. However I will say the inappropriate jokes are a really bad look for a staff member or future staff, while I have not experienced any myself & have had super good interactions with you, if anyone (reliable) says they continue going forward my standing will change.
