-1, Having an active warn isn't a good look for staff. A slave towards drama and toxicity based on the behaviour I've observed both in-game and on the discord.  Staff app is rushed and your server activity is little to non existing.   

-1 bad application, I also rarely see you on the server and you have the bare minimum playtime to become staff. for reference, most staff members have a few hundred hours of playtime on aether when they apply. also the active RDM warn really does not work in your favor

-1 He seems very antagonistic towards people, very argumentative, and generally full of himself. Based off of my experiences seeing him so far, both in-game and on the Discord, he doesn't seem like the type to apply for staff to help the server. He wants it for the position of power, but that is purely an assumption. Below are some examples from the Discord of his behavior. Although it is directed to James, which is a problem causer himself, I still don't think this is how someone who wants to be staff should be acting in their first few interactions on the Discord. As well, this kind of stuff is not just directed at problematic people when in-game but at everyone seemingly. There is more that they have done in-game but I have sadly not saved clips of it. These screenshots and the video are not in order, the full conversation is in the  channel on the Discord. You'll notice that James was not the one that started this situation besides saying at most  jokingly in reply to a video CSCArmy/New Animus posted. jimmyjimmyjohns.mp4 I confirmed this is his Discord by the Twitch account he has attached. This is like if I were to apply for staff with how I act, it's a really dumb idea.

-1 you literally waited until the exact moment that you could apply, your application is slim asf, and your answers are incorrect in some parts and missing parts of the answers. you also have an active RDM warn from literally an hour ago
