Theres a couple things wrong with these replies and i appreciate the time you took to write them as I can agree with some of the things said. Firstly in regards to the admin sit we had about the bank raid, the guy clearly didnt make a typo, he was committing failrp and lying right to your face about misspelling, if you can provide proof that he did misspell it and it was an accident, then fine it was a mistake and i can move one just fine, but from my standpoint, i was shown 0 proof of him actually misstyping and you just basically believed him for his word and then he insulted me several times, i wasnt retaliating because i was upset, i was sayin shit to ragebait him cuz he was bein a dickhead and i wasnt currently a moderator or anything so it literally did not matter, i wasnt the mod in that situation, so saying that because i was rude back to him, means id be like that during a sit where im staff is just invalid, i can be professional and obviously thats not something you can just take my word for, but im sure with time youll come to find im a cheery ol fello and im just here to have a good time.  Next James and Armana, please provide some information that would help me format it better, i followed the mod application template to a T and made sure to label them with numbers so youd know which answer is the answer to which question in numerical order. Now only Armana, "from ---bewares response. youre getting a -1" so youre basing your rating off of another moderators opinion? That is all thank you for your time

i havent been on in a bit (both pc and personal reasons) but from how terribly formatted your application is, and the zero community engagement that i see, and beware's response. youre getting a -1

App needs some work considering the format. Best thing to do is to copy the format and then paste it in your post and add to it. I’ve seen you in game but can’t remember any good/bad interactions at the moment.    neutral for now. 

-1 I don't usually like to -1 an application unless I feel that the application absolutely deserves it. I feel that anyone deserves a chance on the staff team but with the interaction I just had with you an hour ago I can't endorse that type of behavior. This application is hard to read due to part of the layout missing, you don't have much activity, and I'm not really sure who you are.    In the sit I just had with you, you called fail raid. The raider had a typo in his advert, I explained to him that I understood it was a mistake on his end and to be more careful next time. I gave him an RIS with you also agreeing that was okay. However, the behavior you showed towards the raider would be considered unacceptable as a staff member. You argued with them, said something along the lines of "no wonder that baby is crying" to  the child in the background who was indeed crying but you shouldn't say something like this, or even try to throw a jab at someone or argue with them when you have the desire to be staff. You need to show maturity and that you have thick enough skin to be on the team. The amount of insults, and things we hear on the daily is way worse than what happened in that sit, and I need to know that you can handle it for me to consider +1ing this application. Again, I believe anyone who is mature enough should have at least a chance at T-Mod, but with your activity as well as what I just mentioned I can't see any reason to not -1 this application. I wish you the best of luck, and suggest that you should just think about what I've said. My rating will change, and I will edit this reply if I can see improvement, more activity, and I get to know you a little better. Just take what I've said and apply it to the next time you're in a sit. Show you understand, and don't let someone's words get to you.   Good luck!
