rule breaking does not warrant RDMing someone.   this is just not right. read the rules (optional)   while not wrong, i believe the answer is meant to be RP Only Sign. building sign indicates you dont (shouldnt) have raidables inside at the time you are "Building" RP Only dictates that you dont and WILL NOT have raidables in your base at all.   -1

So as long as you don't have any raidables, you are free to build your base as desired with out being bothered If you get RDM'd are you allowed to kill the RDMer back?: No, normally it should be reported. If the player returns to kill the RDMer back normally thats grounds for revenge RDM, Purge Exempted. Power Trip hungry staff members thinking they're above the law when in reality, situations can be handled in a safer and calm manner. (Not that I'm saying its anyone here I hope) 

This happens when a server you join is incorrectly using old unbox materials in their content packs - uninstalling all of your addons & cache then rejoining aether fresh will fix this.
